• Windows unsnap when monitor enters standby: When a monitor (e.g., a TV) entered standby or disconnected, KWin reassigned orphaned windows to remaining outputs, firing outputChanged signals. The effect interpreted these as cross-screen moves and told the daemon to unsnap every affected window. Now suppresses windowScreenChanged when the old screen has disappeared from KWin’s output list or a screen geometry change is in progress.
