logind session manager, power actions, and sleep inhibitors.

The logind edge of the shell. It surfaces session and power actions over org.freedesktop.login1 (lock, logout, suspend, hibernate, reboot, power-off, halt), each gated by its logind capability. It also manages inhibitor locks: a delay inhibitor on sleep so the shell can lock before suspend, and a block inhibitor on the power, suspend, hibernate, and lid keys so the shell decides what they do. It surfaces logind's PrepareForSleep and the session Lock / Unlock signals.
